Mtech delivers a digital solution to Yara to improve fertilizer delivery customer experience
Mtech has implemented a solution for Yara to streamline fertilizer logistics and customer service in Finland. Yara will launch the Oma Yara mobile solution during the OKRA 2023 agricultural exhibition.
Yara’s new solution enables direct communication between farmers and Yara. If Yara’s customers are using Mtech’s Minun Maatilani service, they can log in directly to Oma Yara using their existing Minun Maatilani credentials. The functionalities of the solution have been designed to meet customer needs identified by Yara, such as customer returns and measuring customer satisfaction.
