Mtech Digital Solutions Oy (Mtech) has purchased the entire capital stock of Neviso Oy (Neviso). Neviso will continue operations in Kauhajoki as an independent subsidiary.
“Neviso’s strong competence with international logistics solutions for the foodstuffs chain in particular will supplement and expand Mtech’s skills,” says Mtech’s managing director Christian Jurvanen. The acquisition will strengthen Mtech’s local presence in the region of Southern Ostrobothnia, an important area for the company. Neviso’s managing director Pekka Metsäranta believes it is important for Neviso to receive support and
resources for its foodstuffs chain logistics software operations and for international growth, which is already off to a good start. This will be achieved through the corporate acquisition.
“As the companies’ service concepts are so similar, this will provide
Neviso with a foundation from which to better serve its customer base,”
says Metsäranta. “We wanted to find Neviso a good home. We felt that
Neviso and Mtech have very similar values and goals. This acquisition
will ensure the company’s growth and development for the next 20 years,”
continues Metsäranta.
The services Neviso offers to its customers will continue as before.
The current employees and management will continue working at the
company.
