Personnel 2024

Personnel

In 2024, Mtech’s personnel strategy continued to emphasise community, communication, and the ongoing development of the Mtech Way model. One of the year’s key initiatives was the launch of an internal AI Academy. Over the summer and autumn, more than 20 employees participated in the academy, which significantly strengthened the company’s AI expertise across different teams.

Mtech also took concrete steps to support employee wellbeing by partnering with a low-threshold mental health service provider. The service was well received and has become a valued part of the company’s employee support offering.

The employee experience at Mtech remains excellent. At the end of 2024, the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) stood at 22, and overall satisfaction received an average score of 4.2 on a scale from 1 to 5. The company employed 110 people, of whom 62% were men and 38% women. The average age of employees was 44 years, and the average length of employment exceeded 10 years.

Mtech continues to be perceived as a highly attractive employer in its field. Satisfaction with managerial work is particularly strong: in the year-end survey, leadership was rated at an average of 4.4 out of 5 — a level that stands out positively in industry benchmarks.
